Their food is pretty good. Prices are pretty expensive. I don't go often . I've prob been 6 times in my life. And 3/6 times they have messed up my call in/pick up order. The last time was about 9 at night. They weren't busy and they still messed up my wing flavor.

Absolutely love Quaker steak and always will just very disappointed with our service today. There was less than 20 people total in the restaurant today and our server told us when ordering 24 wings that he couldn't allow us to get 4 flavors but if we ordered two sets of 12 we could because the restaurant was busy. Taste was there as always but when bringing someone to show off Quaker steak since they hadn't been to the area to receive such low quality service was disappointing

I'll never ever eat at any Quaker Steak & Lube again. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous.. Chicken wings are sold by the pound now.. 7.99 lb.. That's 6 wings.. $8 for six chicken wings, this company is pricing themselves right out of business, and I hope they learn their lesson.
