This place has had a men’s bathroom malfunction for two or three weeks and it still has not been resolved

After no receipt spit out of pump, I had to go inside to obtain a receipt. I told the clerk the number of my pump and I needed a receipt, He asked me the amount and I did not know the amount and he laughed at me in disgust,like how is he supposed to give me a receipt without the amount. I said , "your pump is jammed or it's out of paper," he muttered something under his breath.To make matters worse, I contacted QT, they replied ,saying someone would be in contact with me. Two weeks, and still waiting. Poor management.
