I have been to this restaurant before and the food has been descent, but the service has been horrible and I will not stand for that when there are multiple other "better" options in the area. What a surprise hole in the wall. Chinese food is like Mexican….everybody has an opinion. So why is this restaurant a place to try? Simple Cantonese style food. This is not an extravagant restaurant selling you an environment, this is just simple home food. Simple is not easy to do, because over seasoning is so common in asian cuisine yet R House feels like authentic home cooked meals. Our family loves traveling and eating in Houston ( from San Antonio) and we love trying new restaurants…. This will be a comeback
