I have never been to a Bad Race Trac, in fact I don't think I ever will!! The staff is always friendly. The store clean and organized and the bathrooms clean. Thank you for your great customer service.

Shout out to this place for their sincere excellent service!! Especially employees by the names of Jacob & Andy. We stopped for fuel on our way down to Florida, (moving) while my hubby was fueling, my 2 daughters & I went into the store for coffee. Jacob noticed I was hugging one daughter intently ( she had been crying over the "move") & he stopped by us to offer assistance with our hugging. "Can I have a hug too?" . My daughter laughed through her tears as he hugged us both. Upon telling him the real reason for her tears,(bf breakuo) he told his co'worker Andy, who also came over to show her compassion by walking her over to the ice cream & selecting the Ben & Jerry's chocolate brownie explosion. "This will help" she said as she took out her own method of payment...

This store is by far the worst RaceTrac I have been to. It's 9pm on Thursday and once again they are closed until 5:30am. This store has broken ice machines and fountain drink dispensers, constantly. They run out of cups, candy, and ice cream machines are never working right. This place has so much potential but continues to be an absolute disaster. Get your stuff together already! Or clean house and start over! From top down!!
