Four ladies out to dinner tonight at Rafini's, just across the street from where we live. The lamb chops as usual were exceptional, grilled to perfection. The pineapple martini was refreshing. I must recommend our waiter as being most courteous, caring, helpful as well as friendly. His name is Viscado, or something like that. He was the best. I always enjoy lunch on the water and take guests there all the time. Love everything at Rafini's. Happy you are making the restaurant safe for us during this pandemic. We left at 8 p.m. and the area was at capacity, so that must say something for you. Thank you for making our evening a pleasant experience.

As someone who has eaten at Greek NY restaurants in traditionally Greek neighborhoods from back in the day, you will be hard pressed to find this quality anywhere other than flying to Greece. I am very critical of restaurants as a whole, and Rafina Greek Taverna makes the top 5 on my list. Everything we have had here has been top notch. If you are a fan of quality Greek or mediterranean food, you will not be disappointed here. Truly a hidden gem.
