Raja sweets is my favorite Indian sweet shop in the Houston Area. My go to sweets are Kaju katli and almond burfi. And of course, you can never go wrong with their Gulab Jamun. If you don't have a sweet tooth, I'd recommend trying their samosas which are made fresh in house

This place is absolutely amazing I love eating at different indian spots, the food was absolutely amazing especially the butter chicken and samosa. I am a cha girl so I had two cups of that and it was just right..!!! They also have this spicy vinegar carrots and onion thing so BOMB! The place was packed but had spots for us to eat, very good customer service

I’d like to say that I’m Mexican and do not know a lot about Indian sweets. I was watching an episode of Bizarre Foods and I watched the episode of Houston and I was intrigued when Raja Sweets was visited by Andrew Zimmern. Curiosity brought me here after that episode. I’ve tried about 5 different sweets and I can honestly say my favorite is the Julie. What was once a curiously visit has turned in to a frequent trip for more Julie sweets that me and my family enjoy with coffee.Side note: My last visit was during Diwali and the line for sweets was literally out the door. The women working were not only beautiful dressed but cleared the line within minutes! I waited no more than five minutes for my sweets. I love you Raja Sweets!- Liz in Katy
