I got the Tonkotsu spicy ramen and asked for no green onions. Guy behind the counter could barely understand me. When I received my ramen I noticed a bunch of green onions and no mushrooms. Looks like we both couldn't understand each other. No biggie, then I go to take out the green onions and notice there's a cut rubber band in my ramen. I show the guy and he says " oh yeah" no apology no " oh let me make you another!" I asked if I could get mushrooms so he brings me them and an extra egg. All would have been fine if he had just apologized for the mistake but the fact that he acted unconcerned was a put off. Not cheating on my original ramen place ever again.

First time at Ramen Jin and I love it, definitely will come back. Great chill spot and great food. Staff are very friendly and kind!It was nice being able to try all the flavors of mochis in one dish.
