I enjoyed my #2 and the house sake. Next time I'll be sure to add some extras to my dish.

I feel like I got skimped on my noodles when I went. And the gyozas were smaller the average. I got the Miso-Hot. I enjoyed it.

I knew I was going to like this place the minute I saw the big lucky cat statue in front of the restaurant! We made reservations in case it was crowded, but this was unnecessary on a Thursday evening. The hostess led us to a long communal table where my boyfriend and I sat across from one another. I am usually not a huge fan of communal tables, but the seats were spaced widely apart so that it didn't seem like you were eating with everyone next to you. I think everyone at the communal table was divided into parties of 2 (but I may be incorrect about this). Ordering is done by scanning the QR code at the table. There aren't officially any waiters or waitresses. Your tab is kept online, and items are brought out to you after you place the order. Payment is also done online once you close the check. There are communal bins of chopsticks, spoons, and napkins stationed between each party of 2. Food and drinks come out relatively quickly after placing the order online via the QR code. I got the Tonkotsu Original Ramen ($11), which has pork bone broth, chashu, ajitama, woodear mushroom, scallion, and noodles. The noodles were cooked perfectly al dente and maintained a nice chew while finishing the bowl. The chashu was also very tender but not mushy. Everything in the bowl was delicious, and while I would have loved to finish all the flavorful broth, the broth was slightly overly salty for my tastes. I also tried the Karaage, which comes with a side of garlic aioli. I'd definitely pass on the Karaage next time I'm here. They reminded me of glorified Chick-fil-A nuggets and weren't worth the $7.50 price tag. The vibes inside the restaurant were great...
