Ranch House is a dive bar with a down home comfort food kitchen. Ranch house has been around easily 50+ years. I remember going there after a movie date in high school for a burger or as a special treat a week-end breakfast out. We made our first visit to Tony's Ranch House. Had the fried chicken special and it was very good. Tea was a little strong for our taste but easily weakened to our taste. We will return. If you've ever visited Stagger Inn in Edwardsville I'd say they are comparable but Ranch House has a better food selection.
