It was the first time ever knowing about the place and first time eating there .it was awful my food was cold and really was not worth the 22$ I spent

Well i was looking forward to trying something new and figured the food had to be amazing if they have been established for 20 yrs...boy was i sadly mistaken. My dinner was cold and my chorizo with cheese was watery...gross!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone...i paid $22 for two meals of steak enchiladas...and chorizo with chips...what a rip off!!!

Ranchero's Taqueria isn't an ordinary Mexican Restaurant, its an experience I haven't found in any other. The owner, Dave is there always to cook, greet and make conversation with his customers! Most of all, THE FOOD is out of this world. It definitely has Dave's personal touch! No one has this kind of food. Come to Mexico right in Akron! The Margarita's are nice and strong too! I go on Tuesdays for the $2.99 Margarita specials and the Carnitas burritos with rice and beans for 7 bucks! On Mondays, I get a burrito with rice and beans for just 6 bucks. Not to mention, Thursdays, all bottled beer just 2 bucks each along with my lunch fajitas just 7 bucks! There's of course the $1.00 Taco's all day Wednesdays. I never had a taco this good! When I stop by on the weekends, Dave always has some one of a kind seafood specials that I have never found anywhere else. Dave has definitely been back in the kitchen cooking! This is the only restaurant, not just Mexican I've ever had a complete atmosphere and food experience! Too bad it's his only location. I have to settle for less when I'm out of town.
