Have ordered from these guys two time in the last 2 months...neighborhoods recommended them. Both times they haven't started preparing food when I get there and I have to wait while they fix it. Taste is average. Plenty of pizza places in Glen Allen and Lakeside that know how to run a business...these folks are clueless.

We love pizza from Rapid Pizza. Its our local and go to. Pizza is usually great. We had only one bad experience in few years we have been going there. I placed an order yesterday and was told 20 minutes. I showed up in 25 minutes. Stood there for few minutes and finally got acknowledged by a gentleman making pizza. I was asked what pizza I ordered. Then was told that my pizza was given away by mistake- sorry. Had to wait another 15 minutes for my pizza. No accommodation was made toward price or maybe an offer of something free for inconvenience. As I was paying, I added 2 desserts. I asked for a specific piece of dessert and was told they were all the same. I re-asked for that piece and she refused to give me that specific piece. Its all the same and cut in same way.Whilst I still love Rapid Pizza food, I am very disappointed with their service. I expected better treatment and especially when I had to wait extra time due to no fault of my own. I think its time to find another local pizza place.....
