This was my first time trying this place. I usually go to Farmers Market on Mesa Rd but they was closed. So someone told me about here. When I first was about to order I asked them do they have turkey necks she said no. So I was like ok the food really didn’t look to appealing to me so I said just give me the gumbo.. Got home excited to eat gumbo I understand it’s soul food but the gumbo was so hot and spicy we was unable to eat it. It was maybe a shrimp in a half to two shrimp in each bowl for $40. So I grade the gumbo a D- looked good so that’s why I didn’t give it a F. But overall I say a D- can’t say it taste good don’t know the taste it was so hot and spicy all you taste is pepper.. So I am one customer they can count out. I will never eat at the place again.
