RDQ catered our office Thanksgiving potluck, and it was delicious! We selected a combination of pulled pork and chopped beef sliders (with all the fixings) with a side of mac and cheese. Mr. Leighton came and set everything up himself in an impressive amount of time. The food was delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the mac and cheese had just the right consistency. I ended up taking several sliders home to eat again for dinner that same night. If you're on a quest for some tasty BBQ and to support a local mom and pop business, check out RDQ! If I ever cross paths with their truck, I'll definitely be trying a Frito pie.
