I usually go to the location in Ohio and I never had any issues before. Usually the food and service is always great. But since I live in MI and it was very nice on Sunday I decided to take my friend and son to dinner @ the Ann Arbor location. The service was HORRIBLE our server was either having a bad day or because maybe because she was older she was was tired and didn't want to work. I really don't know what was wrong with her. She first got us all cups of water and silverwares.. One of the cups had lipstick stain and the fork had either spinach or lettuce honestly not sure what it was but it was disgusting. I was very nice about it and asked her if she can replace it. She didn't say a word to me took the cup and fork and only replaced the fork. I'm like ok whatever... My bill was $94 and I left her $20 tip.. I ordered Shrimp Alfredo, the food was so bad I'm so disappointed... It tasted bad the noodles were dry and hard. I wasn't looking for compensation all I was looking for is her showing that she cares about what she was doing. I asked for straws and she didn't say anything she walked away and later came back with wet straws.. the cover on the straws were all wet. So when she asked me if I wanted a box for the Alfredo I explained to her that the noodles were very hard and dry, I mean you can see it ... anyone can see it how bad those noodles looked. She didn't even cared she took the plate and once again said nothing left the bill on the table and disappeared. With this type of service and this poor qua...
