We had a great lunch at Recovery today! The food was absolutely delicious!!! Just finished leftovers for dinner. Our waitress was awesome and friendly, too. She was around quite often to see if we needed anything and in such great spirits! Will definitely be back soon!

Me and my wife and my mom and her friend had a very bad experience at Recovery Sports Grill up on Rt. 30 in Amsterdam late in the afternoon on Friday, July 20th. Our waitress, a young blond named Britteny was very rude and her service was awful. Plus she was arguing with me over a $10 off discount that my mom was supposed to get on her card that she has for the restaurant. When we were getting ready to pay our bill this young waitress Britteny walked away from our table and she didn't come back. Instead she sent one of the managers over and he finished up for her saying that "I upset her and that's why she sent him over". Instead of this manager apologizing for the bad service that we had received from this waitress he was very rude himself and he vigorously defended the waitress saying how good of a waitress that she is. And he acted like I was the problem. He took my credit card with the bill and he returned it and kind of just through it back at me on the table. I have NEVER EVER been treated like this by a manager of a restaurant AFTER I had already complained of getting bad service (and or food in other situations) before. Every other time in my life when I had complained of getting bad service and or bad food the manager or owner went out of their way to apologize...
