Management and staff are racist. Service is slow and unprofessional. You can tell there is no training or oversight. Food is good, but front of the house service, or the lack there of, will make you just wish you'd have gone somewhere else. Management doesn't care if you're unhappy or dissatisfied. If I could give this location a negative star review I would. Will never return.

I was treated differently because the color of my skin. The waitress even wrote on the ticket, " on purpose". The worst service because of my skin color. I had to use scissors to cut open my crab legs.. The food was good, the service was horrible on purpose. Very sad to see people treat you that way not knowing who you are. It shows the character of The Red Crab. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Pathetic. I tipped the waitress 40 dollars because she obviously is miserable and I feel bad. We didn't deserve this treatment.RED CRAB- I WILL DELETE THIS IF YOU FIRE THAT WAITRESS. SHE WILL BRING YOU DOWN.
