Everything here is gross & our A/C leaked leaving a huge wet spot on our carpet. Workers left a big construction fan in our room for a couple days to dry it without saying a thing to us. Finally on the last night (almost 6 PM) they want to move us to a new room- we said no because we’re exhausted, dealt with it for 4 nights already & are leaving early in the morning, but would like compensation- they refused & were very rude. We said the A/C has to have left water damage & the front desk confirmed they have a lot of water damage... I don’t doubt that with how run down & gross this place is. Do yourself a favor & don’t stay here.

they are not refunding people who booked hotel. when disney is shut down. every other hotel is refunding money

The front desk personnel looked completely uninterested in helping me and then hit me up for an additional $94 for parking (which was included in our room) Shower had (zero) pressure. TV/Direct TV was useless However, the beds were very comfortable.
