Took my grandmother there for lunch. She ordered lobster bisque soup and sandwich. The waiter brought out the soup and immediately stated that soup is not good and no charge. I asked why serve the soup if its not right? My grandmother taste the soup and shook her head something is not right. We made a complaint to a noticeable inexperienced manager that showed no interest or compassion to include a keen understanding of customer service.
