This past Saturday I went with some family members to Red Lobster. It was located at 8040 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee. We sent for a late lunch about 2:30 p.m. There was no waiting and we went straight to our table. They had added several new items since the last time that I went a few years ago. We were headed to our usual steak dinner last night when we spied the Red Lobster sign. We hadn't been there in a while and decided to make a change. It was wonderful. We had the special, 3 from the Sea I believe it was called. A salad, a starter and an entree. We both had the side salad with ranch, the coconut shrimp for the starter and then blackened salmon for the entree. The brussel sprouts we're sooooo good! As usual the cheese biscuits were out of this world. Everything was great.
