They made things more complicated than it should have been. My girlfriend accidentally grabbed the wrong thing and needed a refund. We needed to WAIT for the manager to get a refund!! Like what in the world! Not to mention the cashier (both males with glasses) kept on laughing at my gf for making this mistake. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Me and my friend stopped by this place after touring the Natural Museum of Natural Science. We both ordered a slice of Ube overload cake and a slice of chocolate indulgence cake. Red Ribbon also serves meals too. I'd like to try their rice porridge, empanadas and the Halo-Halo sometime. The location is NOT the best. They do have a dine in area, but it's so small and cramped inside, it's NOT ideal for big...
