My burger was FLAVORFUL and COLD. The service was extremely third hand. We had no napkins and utensils. I asked for those items before I had took my child to the restroom. As I walked back to my table I observed that everyone else had napkins and utensils so I when I got back to the table there was still nothing so I took it upon myself to walk to the servers station to retrieve my own napkins for my table. By the time my server came back my burger became lukewarm. Another gentleman had walked by and asked was everything ok, I told him no I had been waiting for a knife for over 4mins to cut my burger. He immediately got the knife while I watched my server walk by as if my table did not exist. We also ordered a burger with nothing on it. When the burger arrived it had the basics on it. SMH. Moving forward I would like to think it was because of we had 3 children with us and also the only table of color in the restaurant and we did not meet the requirements to be properly serviced.
