I was trying to call in a pick up order. Got some type of machine voice taking my order. I called 3 times. The first time it hung up on me after I was almost done with my order. The second time it took my order wrong and the last time it sent me the store to talk to someone. I waited on the phone for 10 minutes and no one picked up to help me. It was very irritating. They should have a real person taking the call in orders if they can’t get machine voice to understand an order. I wasted 35 minutes of my time. And still didn’t get any burgers. I understand this time of the year is busy but it was only 4:30 pm in the afternoon.
