They slice their brisket thick which I like. The trimmed it on request and it has the most flavorful bark I have ever had. Best collard greens I’ve ever had as well.

I enjoyed the food and the shade during lunch! I drove from Atlas Auto Repair on Kimberley Lane and it was worth it! I like that they support first responders and veterans! I will be back soon!

I came out to Republic BBQ for the Grand Opening. The food was excellent and the friendliness of the staff and attention the staff gave to the customers was top notch. Being the first day, it was definitely crowded...scratch that PACKED!! However those waiting in line got a chance to get to know each other and everybody seemed eager to support this new addition to the Redneck Country Club. If you are looking for good BBQ at a fair price, I do recommend that you give this place a shot. By the way, DO NOT go through the line without picking up the "Nanner pudding", that stuff was ridiculously good...I was trying to save some to eat at home, but it didn't make it out the door! #redneckcountryclub #michaelberry #texasbbq
