New address is 1531 Hwy. 6 Great food! Clean place and very friendly staff. Best Dim Sum so far !!! Must try!!

The food is good, but the '1 star' rating is for the trickery they pulled on our bill when it came time to pay. Our server pulled an old trick in the restaurant industry where they subtotal your bill to include the 18% tip and print the signature receipt leaving the tip open hoping the Customer would leave an amount on top of the already-included tip. Of course this is ultimately my fault for falling for this and I can only be so angry with this. Just be aware this is what they are doing with your bill when you dine in. CHECK YOUR ITEMIZED RECEIPTS ALONG WITH THE SUBTOTALS. Don't support this business if they continue to allow this to happen.

First time visit the Regal Seafood House for dim sum and were very impressed with the food. We ordered variety of dishes. Shrimp and pork siu mai were tasty and I can taste the shrimp not like other dim sum restaurant. They mixed too much flour with the shrimp paste. The restaurant was busy so lack of customer service.
