Relief Pitcher in Seaside

I'm not sure how this place has so many good reviews. It was the grossest place I have been to in a long time. McDonald's would have been better!

Went with another couple we were regulars first their food came separately eve though we ordered first then waited 35 minutes and no food our friends finished their food and I checked on ours. Said the got mixed up. Ok then waited another 25 minutes and no food gave up and went to pay and leave they got upset with me because I no longer wanted the food. Then the owner rudly came to the other couple and said we should not come back. Wow. I'm in the service business and was polite just didn't want to watch our friends eat the them watch us maybe better luck next time but come on can't imagine going after my customers after my mistakes and yes EVERYONE is under staffed just don't be an ass

Dinner last night was at Relief Pitcher, which came highly recommended by a foodie friend. We split the tuna Ruben with two sides. So amazing! Plenty for two. My companion had a delicious draft IPA and I had a fresh squeezed greyhound. So good! The best part though was the server. Very helpful and nice. Made us feel so welcome. COVID notes: dining was outside under a canopy. A heater was provided - a bit of help. It was late and very cold. The dining room was closed but the rest rooms were available for customers. Masks were worn.
