Resort at Squaw Creek in Olympic Valley

Stayed in a 2-bedroom penthouse suite.The hotel has an uncovered parking lot but no garage, which is something that's expected at this price point. Parking is $20/night. It does, however, have Tesla destination chargers, which can only be used through the valet at $80/night (recently increased from $50). However, during our stay, the destination chargers were supposedly non-functional.Standard check-in time is 4pm. Our room was not ready despite arriving at 7pm.There were also limited dining options: Cascades is open for breakfast and dinner; Sandy's Pub is open from lunch till late. No other restaurants were open during the weekend of our stay. Room service was only available for breakfast.The menus were also inaccurate: we made a to-go order online, only to be told that certain things we had ordered were unavailable when we came to pick up. They also got our order wrong, with some items missing. The quality of the food, especially at Sandy's, was mediocre, often dry/burnt/overcooked.Internet is free but the wifi connection was unstable.Being a resort, there aren't many benefits offered to World of Hyatt members; apparently not even bottled water.The front desk also provided misleading information: we were told that the ski rental shop on premises had gear for all ages, including toddlers. In reality, it only had gear for older children.One major upside: no lines at Resort Chair.

It was so awesome place to have snow activities. Our family want to stay there one more time.

Booked a huge group here. They were amazing. The Director of Sales, Monica, is an absolute star. Sales operations Jillian was fantastic and ready to do whatever it would take to make our event a success. The event went beautifully. Our guests were beyond impressed. I highly recommend the Resort at Squaw Creek for your event or just a weekend trip. (I've had many of these but that's another 5 start post)
