My favorite restaurant these days. Amazing service and very tasty food and drinks. I recommend the Cacio Pepe pasta, Brussels sprouts, burger (wow the best). Mexi Cali salad. Their version of the Old fashion. So good. Wonderfully crystal clear ice cube. What a detail! Keep it up!
Observations matter more than opinons. The sauce for the Salmon was rancid, the Steak "unwashed, unseasoned burned rubber" poor preparation, Octopus "wrong on so many levels" one tentacle the rest burned batter, Poke, "salty" "inedible". Cheeseburger -- "GI distress the next morning". Service -- staff seen vaping during dinner. Food spilled on 2 children. Management created absolute bedlam for refusing to do individual checks. Overall, NO, just NO.

Honestly, for a moment I expected Gordon Ramsay to walk out and rescue us and that we would be part of a show. If I didn't know better, it seemed as if they really did not want us there at all or to ever come back again. With the disastrous food and negative interpersonal interactions this would have been a be a perfect candidate for one of their "Kitchen Nightmares" or "Hell's Kitchen" episodes. We should have trusted our instincts and walked away. The venue was nice but then it started to go south from there. We had a large party, and they had space for us on a Sat. night. We found out why. The hostess, then manager insisted our party to pay as a group instead of individually in an attempt to justify 20% gratuity or they would not serve us. (Everyone would usually tip 25% as many of them have friends and family in the service industry.). Even the children realized what they were doing, and knew full well it should be the establishment's job to make life easy for the customer and not the other way around. But we were good sports about it and the math was not too complex. They would be getting exactly 20%. According to the party as a whole, food quality and service were very poor and would have been much better served at Outback, Olive Garden or any chain restaurant at reasonable prices. The quality of the steak (Do NOT order), octopus (burned and bitter) and brownies (aged?) were shameful. Salmon was ok. The Poke was...
