restaurants unlimited doesn't honour their gift cards. I recently received a $25 gift for points earned patronizing Palominos in Indianapolis in May. The gift card was good for a year. Without notification or warning Palominos closed its doors permanently. I was told they have no other restaurants in our area under RU, and I was therefore out of luck unless I travel to another state, try and sell my card online or give it away to someone in the states that RU is in. This is unacceptable. Poor customer service. I patronized the restaurant frequently I earn the points I should receive $25 in compensation or some useable alt...
