Best dive bar on olive. Love their drinks and that they let you bring in food

Visited Seattle last week staying in Cap Hill and wandered down the road and saw a good amount of people in here. I immediately saw why... Such a great selection of Spirits/draft beer and even small bites if you're hungry. Had me some great Manhattans and delicious Hazy IPA and felt so happy to be there. Went back the next night and this became my favorite bar in the area. Love the outside tables to have a cigarette and enjoy the Cold weather.

If you want to go back to the 70's, Revolver Bar has your back. This is very much a neighborhood bar, located on the Olive Way bar strip. Believe it or not, the space actually has two levels to it! The lower level can even be reserved for private parties. The bar only plays music on vinyl, which is super cool (and unique). The last time I was here, they were also playing movies via a projector--really ideal for those awkward lulls in conversation. If you're a smoker, or if you just overheat too easily, there is outdoor seating available along the sidewalk. I highly recommend partaking if you enjoy people-watching on Olive Way. The tap list is well-curated despite not being expansive--they currently pour the Shake Chocolate Porter, and it's one of my favorite porters of all time (seriously, it tastes just like chocolate). Cocktails and well drinks are stiff and reasonably priced. I haven't tried the food, but I hear it's the bomb. Monday nights are definitely the best time to be here, since there's all night happy hour! It's really hard to argue with $2 Rainiers and $4 pints/wells.
