Went 4 lunch 2day at Rice Bowl....ordered a green tea/strawberry didn't really like the taste after 1 sip....I asked the waitress if I could exchange it 4 the black tea she told me no......we received r food...the coconut shrimp had a piece of hair ...that spoiled the whole meal....we told the waitress we couldn't eat the other food....she would not give us a refund....I will never eat there again in my life....and would not recommend this place 2 anyone.....

If I could give this place a -O stars I would! Went to eat at rice bowl in antioch and will.never go back! A homeless man ordered food and when he sat to eat his meal in a far corner they went and asked him to go eat outside!! I spoke up and said why does he have to go outside?? Who is he hurting?? He was ok to sell food too but not ok to sit at a table and eat it . That's BS!! He was treated like an animal!
