We placed an order tonight from Ricky's Chicken II tonight, 6 June at approximately 7:28PM. When we got the order at 8:43PM, the nachos did not have chicken as the photo described and were cold having been over an hour. We received the incorrect soup entirely. We ordered the Seafood Soup and received some short rib and cabbage stew, an approximately $3.00 difference. We were only issued a refund of $13.48 (DoorDash), so not even the total for the intended soup which was $15.95.
