OMG!! THIS STORE... I wanted to cheer my sister up who just received some bad news. Well let.me tell you how I purchased my water ice and pretzels. As the young lady was handing me my stuff the other staff member drops my quart of water ice by mistake. She lucky caught it, but the access waterice that fell out the cup, she whipped it back into the tub that held the other water ice with her bare hands!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE That's all I'm saying....end of review

For those complaining about the "smell" coming from inside, it's bleach. They keep it very clean inside this location and I assure you this.

So, I've been to this location multiple times. I always thought it had a funky smell, but thought, maybe it's just me. It's not. When they open the window, you're struck with an overwhelming mildew/sour smell. Unlike any other Rita's I've visited, this place needs more than a touch of good housekeeping. A good bleaching and some elbow grease are in order. Love Rita's but I've crossed this location off of my list.
