My husband and I live in the heights and USED to love coming here. Once it was sold and now has new owners....the Cust service has been horrible! The staff is never real friendly. We have been there several times when Uber eats has taken priority over the customers in line. Which I would be somewhat tolerable of if someone behind the counter at least gave a friendly "I'll be with you in a minute" or any kind of acknowledgment would have bee...

Absolutely the worst costumer service. Takes 7-8 minutes per person and only one person working at a time. Their hours are also not accurate because they often closer an hour or two early and open 3-4 hours late.

I go to Rita's pretty often and last night I took a friend of mine so she can try it. I usually just get a regular Italian ice with custard but i saw her ordering this so i decided to get it and try something new. Honestly, it was a disappointment. Her cookie and my brownie did not taste good. They were both hard and stale, seemed like they have been out for a while. I still really like Rita's Italian ice and custard but i will definitely not get any of their baked goods again.
