Went here on January 7th 2022, the fries were horrible, they were hard and not cooked. It was like i was bitting into a raw potato. The fries also had a weird stench that after one bite, i was sick to my stomach and couldn’t even eat my cheesesteak. This place is usually good but is headed the wrong direction.

Since the pandemic Riverbay Roadhouse has only been open on the weekends. Just came back from dinner. I was the only customer in the dining area. Spoke briefly with the server, about lack of business, and he assured me it was due to a lack of staffing. There are only a couple of restaurants in this shopping center, and I do hope their business does pick up. That being said, a restaurant is only as good as the food they serve. Tried a couple of new items that they featured for tonight. Loaded potatoes and Peppered steak over rice. What a disappointment. The potatoes were small, with bacon bits and unmelted cheese on top. Absolutely no flavor, and I was unable to detect any butter in them. The Peppered steak arrived promptly. It was hard to discern the appearance of meat, as they were cut up in little pieces, yet covered by a mountain of cooked onions and peppers in a brown gravy sauce. The meat was not edible. It was so tough, it required a large amount of chewing, just to be able to swallow it. The gravy taste like it came out of a can.
