I called for someone who worked there and the girl at the desk said I know you and we don't like you so quit calling here I said how could you know me I said there's no way you know me she said yeah someone said that he was this or that really and hung up the phone on me

10/10 wonderful food and service best experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time !! Taylor was an amazing server always kept our drinks full and didn’t forget anything ! I should mention we were a party of 10 and she had 2 other tables we will be back!

Dine in it took forever for our food and food wasn't all that and very very pricey

The food was great but waiting a hour and half for 3 crab cakes and crab soup is ridiculous. 1st time here and probably will be my last time. I don't mind waiting for food but that was ridiculous

When someone call an order, that means they don’t wanna wait. I ordered at 7:20 pm and didn’t get my order until 8:25 pm. The girl told me 40 minutes on the phone which ended up been another 25 minutes wait. My kids food in the car got cold & other food that got picked up that night was cold. Even though i waited that long time my fish should had been hot but you can tell it sat there for a while before they brought my order to me. I’m very upset that i waited all that time and my fish is cold. Next time the host them she give a more accurate time when to go order will be ready. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back there. Horrible service

RiverFront is one of the best places to eat it the Abbeville area. Like it's name suggests, it is situated on the west bank of the Vermilion River. The name might also lead you to assume that they have great seafood, and you would be correct there as well! The RiverFront is located in a new spacious facility with both indoor and outdoor seating. The indoors is decorated with charming wooden sculptures of birds, fish, alligators, and more. The waitstaff are friendly and helpful, and will whisk you off to your seating. If you ask for a table in the back, you can watch the River roll by as you dine. The menu includes everything one would expect in Cajun country. You have beautifully stuffed Po-Boys, soups, salads, seafoods, steaks, and Cajun home style favorites. I usually just ask for the special, as it's always great. Most dishes come with two sides of your choice, so you can go hearty or healthy as you wish. Some of my favorite entrees are the crab cakes, seafood trinity, and hamburger streak (I am a simple man). Prices are moderate, so you can enjoy without guilt.

A delight to find! Great service and one of the best composed salads I have ever enjoyed. I can recommend the pepper jelly/goat cheese salad with grilled shrimp and peppercorn dressing, an absolute delicious concoction. Frankly, everything looked beautiful on the plate! Also good value for the money~

I like the Riverfront because you can go and have a meal with no hassle have friends there and have a good time.The food is fantastic. I'd tell everybody about the place.

We waited over 2 1/2 hours for our meal.  They got "backed up" with a wedding (which was catered off-site) and other " large parties".  Hands down, it was the longest we have EVER had to wait for a meal.  All they did was comp our appetizers and brought us "free bread" after we waited over an hour after our appetizers and no sign of our meal.  And we had to ask for the bread  - they didn't even offer it to us as we sat there for 2 hours!!  Very poorly run kitchen and management.  Other tables were in the same boat and some left without even getting their meals.  You would have thought They would take something  else off our bill but guess they didn't think they needed to.  Food was ok, not spectacular and especially not good enough to have waited 2 1/2 hours.  We would have left but tomorrow is Mother's Day and we didn't want to start all over agin at another place. Will not be back.

Awesome service and food is great

This is a hidden gem right on Vermilion River in Abbeville by the BIG bridge, not the one by the church. This has all restaurants' interior decor in Lafayette beat by a MILE! Great gumbo and amazing blackberry cobbler for dessert. Ask to sit at Kristin's table. She was the perfect waitress! Great to see you Norma and Betty!

While visiting from Texas, I met a couple of old friends here. I had fried shrimp and ettoufee. It was very good. My friends had crab cakes and the other had chicken. Everyone enjoyed and the service was top notch.

Never have they ever gotten our call-in order correct. Twice they got our order wrong. This last time they didn’t even turn it in! And not one of the staff was wearing a mask. Just not worth the hassle anymore.

Ordered the sesame tuna with sliced avocado and jumbo lump crab meat which is a signature dish on their website menu. Got just seared tuna! It tasted good but got charged the same price as the one with lump crab!! Not good. I called and they said that was no longer available and I would have to ask for it. Update your website please!! In this pandemic we are ordering to go and expect what is on the website!!!

Great views excellent food

I've always enjoyed taking my family to Riverfront. I also enjoy going to the bar for a few drinks and a good meal! My favorites are the shrimp net, the steaks and I love the Gouda chicken!!

We come here at least once while we are in the area. The shrimp and cheese grits are amazing, the Roberts salad with grilled shrimp is also a must try, I would skip the gumbo and the fried green tomatoes. service is very good waitresses are very friendly and helpful.
