Coffee ordered egg nog latte made with egg nog not syrup extra hot no foam no whip. Coffee lukewarm and egg nog syrup? Used I think won't get from them again.

the service was much slower than normal. I come here often, and I realize everyone is short staffed, but acting like you are too overworked to help your customers really experience your best makes returning seem like a chore for me. I'm a really kind person, and I tip well, so to make me feel like I'm putting you out by expecting friendly service, just sends me up the road to someplace else.
