Wow, I was very surprised to find this place had such a low rating so I had to read the reviews before posting this.  Both my husband and I love this place, and after reading the reviews, it seems that  the lowest ratings are from people who had bad luck in either getting a grumpy server or management person (which I think is inexcusable in a service oriented place), or were due to unfortunate circ...

I arrived at this establishment with my girlfriend on a Sunday night. We really wanted to try this place out because we drive by this place every time when we come to the north side. It was relatively slow and almost empty throughout the whole restaurant. We were greeted by a woman who smells like she just came back from a smoke break and was seated to our tables. As we were seated next to the window, our favorite location, we had two glasses of water and menus thrown at the table. I might be over exaggerating, but you know that slapping sound when you're trying to swat a fly with a menu? Of course you do. Anyway, every restaurant there seems to be a ritual that within minutes someone asks for what kind of drinks they can get for you. Well, without looking at the menu. I asked kindly asked what they have on tap, because everyone knows beer taste's so much better on tap. She tells me a list of small brews they have and I asked if they have Stella Artois. She SCOFFS and said, "I already told you what I have on tap." As if I wasn't listening. Was she assuming I was asking what they have on tap? I already knew, you can still have Stella Artois by the bottle right? Well that just left a bad taste in by mouth. My girlfriend felt disgusted by her attitude and wanted to leave. I thought to myself, "How are you going to treat customers like that and wonder why this place is empty?" Without opening the menu we just left and went to go at another restaurant. I guess I should have read the reviews of this place before going. Happy eating.
