The only reason this is 4 stars is because of the waitresses, otherwise I wouldn't review it from my visit here bc it wouldn't be fair. We stayed at the hotel during the most recent storm Riley! Every room was booked no place around was open to eat all residents of the area are without power, this place got instantly busy. It was hectic, and unprepared just like the rest of the Pocono, 1 cook and 1 to 2 waitresses. A lot of grumpy customers.... A group was here complaining bc they had kids and there food was taking too long (it was a long wait) but given the situation going on that is well expected. This group was an absolute disgrace to human kind the kids were being rude to staff and the a...
