I order a 12pc.dark with JoJo's and every piece of chicken had feathers fried in the chicken can't be eaten at all called them to let the manager know about my order and was told all they can do is give me 10% off my next order then hung up on me. I then called back spoke to someone else after being hung up on to let them know that I don't want the order at all and that I wanted to send back my 12 PC.
