The staff was horrible and rude. A group of us showed up to drink, eat, and have fun. It was an our or two before karaoke was to start. The wait staff complained when a couple of our designated drivers didn't order drinks and loudly complained to them about not buying and taking a seat. All around the entire staff was like this for the 30m we were there. We paid our tab and spent almost $2000 dollars at the German Bar/restaraunt nearby who were more than happy to host us.

HORRIBLE service ——— My friends and I used to LOVE Rock It Grill - karaoke, good drinks, food was pretty decent when you wanted some snack type things with your drinks, staff was great etc. We haven’t been since the pandemic hit, but decided to go. We had 10 of us, it was a couple hours before karaoke so not really busy, we even called ahead asking if they could accommodate and they said yes. We got there & long story short one waitress (with the skull makeup on half her face/short with dark hair) was HORRIBLE. (Mind you, we’re good people, love tipping well - understand busy nights/short staff, rough days etc) But she made this trip, worth a 0 star ratin...
