Just recently treated myself to the Rocky's Hot Chicken shack experience at the suggestion of a dear friend. I partake in a mostly plant-based diet, I was excited to see some plant-based options on the menu. There was an offering of a mushroom based cutlet spiced in the fashion of chicken, it was delicious and spicy as billed. I also ordered a biscuit, the biscuit was a little too fluffy and Bread-y as opposed to crispy and flaky, not a bad biscuit but also not my favorite. The macaroni and cheese is truly one of the finest iterations of macaroni and cheese I've ever had, I feel like prior to preparation they're stored separately. The macaroni was done appropriately and the cheese sauce was incredible without an over abundance of cheese into Noodle saturation. Super dank indeed.
