Rogo's Restaurant in Seattle

We parked our car in front of this restaurant and after finishing a pleasant lunch we discovered the right the right side of our newly washed car was covered with mud and landscaping debris. I contacted the co-owner who admitted she was hosing down the sidewalk and caused the mud on our car. She was indifferent about it and disappeared . Bad PR, maybe a refresher course in customer relations is in order.                        You think?

We really wanted to like Rogo's given it's the only somewhat upscale restaurant in the Magnolia Village. Unfortunately, we've had two back to back disappointments recently and probably won't go back again at this point. We stopped in for a quick dinner a few weeks ago before heading to a charity event. We were the only customers at the time, and we ordered a glass of wine and a cocktail, along with two apps. We chose the lamb sliders and the empanadas. Given the restaurant was dark, we didn't immediately notice that the lamb sliders were completely raw. It was pretty evident by the second or third bite. The waiter sent them back to the kitchen and apologized. They came back about 20 minutes later after having been re-fired instead of cooking fresh food. So, we ended up with two half-eaten lamb sliders with mushy buns. It was just flat out gross and they went uneaten. We didn't receive the empanadas, we received calamari that we didn't order instead. They didn't look appetizi...

This is an easy, friendly, neighborhood restaurant that serves amazing food.  The service was exceptional and the menu was full of variety.
