We were here on a Sunday night. Not sure what would be available but found this great place. We love tapas and this place did not disappoint. Warm and friendly service. Recommend the smelts, French fries (nice and crunchy with a very nice sauce), artichoke and the sausage. We didn't have room for the lamb chop and they were out of the lamb skewers. Maybe next time we are in the neighborhood. We had a nice bottle of wine finished off with a nice glass of port. Very nice experience.

Was it worth the hour plus drive to ROJO tapas and wine? Absolutely, and I'm a foodie who sets a high bar before submitting a review. Marisi and Ricardo have created a miracle in the unassuming little town of Tivoli, NY, on "the other side of the bridge." One only has to glance the menu to venture to Puerto Rico, Spain, Cuba, and Mexico. Every dish is executed with love and flair, and the wine list is epic, only surpassed by the graciousness of your hosts on this spectacular version of Fantasy Island in rural New York. I can't wait to return.
