Surprisingly, Galaxy's Edge has pretty good food options and Ronto Roasters is probably one of the better theme park eateries I've ever had. Of course it's pricey, unlike a lot of other underwhelming theme park foods, Ronto Roasters was quite good. There even is a plant based vegan option which was surprisingly delicious. Paired with the exquisite scenery that surrounds you, this place is a great for a quick meal and drink.
