Ohh Rookies. My biggest grip is that I have an issue with bars pretending to be sports bars. You are not a sports bar if you don't pay for the sports packages to be able to watch sports. The food slaps and the atmosphere is solid. But don't come here thinking it's a sports bar.

First and last time there. Sign says wait to be seated. Waited, a large group comes in and sat them selves so we did the same. Just two of us. Several tables open still took about 10 minutes for a (the) waitress to come get our order. Ordered drinks took another ten for a bottle of beer to arrive and still lacked one drink. It finally got dropped off by someone else. Sat there. Finally had to ask if we could order. Also ordered another drink, food got dropped off not correct still no drink. Ate without something to drink and asked for the check. There were 5 other people working and when asked for something they were extremely rude and acted put out.

I love Rookies Taphouse and Eatery because the food tastes awesome, great portion sizes and reasonably priced and the service is amazing because of their great staff.
