45 min wait for takeout, staff was not apologetic or helpful at all. Just kept saying “5 more minutes”Lacking in customer service

Terrible terrible service. I called my order in 30 minutes ahead of time and when I arrived they told me that there was no order. Then they told me that there would be a 40 minute wait time. Wow!! As I’m standing there there were 4 more people in line that all had problems with their orders. Thumbs down for me poor customer service
