Excellent local option for true Chicago-style pizza! Amazingly tasty sauce on top (I added parmesan & crushed red pepper) & PERFECT crust. Friendly staff. We enjoyed our pizza & then got a frozen one to take home & we will be back!Would love to have fountain drinks/ tea available is my only request.

I love a good deep dish pizza. After talking with the manager at Rosati's pizza, they love deep dish as well. The first time I had Chicago style deep dish was in Rockford, Illinois at a restaurant called Giordano's. Rosati's pizza is the same. They actually use the recipes from Giordano's. It's is cheesy, thick crusted, and full off toppings. My family of 5 eats on a 14" pie and then we save the leftovers. If you are wanting the best and truest deep dish in Knoxville, look no further than Rosati's.
