Based off the good reviews I read I decided to try Rose Pho! Let me start off by saying this business is well aware of current COVID 19 protocols and followed them to a tee. The restaurant was very clean. After a greeting we were asked to provide proof of vaccination. Whenever I order pho I get the same thing, pho tai. For it to be great pho for me the broth needs to be superb! I love a good flavorful, aromatic broth and it just wasn’t giving what it needed to give.
