IMHO - Covid edition Rosy's Fish City is in my neighborhood so I was happy to see they erected a temporary tent in their parking lot for outdoor dining.  Every time I drove by, I could see lots of empty tables just waiting for hungry customers. Our party of three arrived shortly before 6 p.m. on a Sunday evening.   I counted 10 tables safely and socially distanced from each other.  Before you enter, there is a table with a roll of paper towels and a big bottle of hand sanitizer for arriving customers.  All staff were wearing face masks and gloves.  Disposable paper menus and utensils wrapped in paper napkins were offered once we sat down.   Our party of three ordered half a dozen oysters on the half shell ($13), a big bowl of cioppino; full of crab, clams, scallops, shrimp, and mussels ($22), 3 fish taco platter ($17), and the Red Snapper special ($18).  All of the dinner platters came with a basket of garlic bread, choice of soup or salad, steamed veggies and choice of rice, pasta or potato wedges.  Food was plentiful, colorful, and tasty.  Hubby also enjoyed a Sierra Nevada on tap ($5.50), and daughter enjoyed her Horchata ($3.75).  My daughter loved her cioppino but it was very messy to eat.  :) The two servers were genuinely friendly and as efficient as they could be during a busy dinner service.  By the time we finished, there was a small line of customers waiting to be seated.   We'll definitely be back soon!
