NB: Truck is named Royal Egyptian Cuisine. Elmy is the best. Everything is fresh from scratch, high quality ingredients, huge portions--bring a friend or bring an appetite. Not strictly Egyptian, he's an artist and he'll throw in some quinoa if he feels like it. It's a labor of love, and he's *such* a character. Elmy is usually working alone, so not the fastest, but well worth the wait.
